Retirement of an old friend

After 19 years of Ebay sales, I decided to replace my old tape gun.  It's a Duck brand, probably the cheapest one I could find at the time I bought it back in 1998 when I started selling regularly on Ebay.  It's the only one I've ever used.

I'm actually surprised that it has held up this long.  But, the last 5+ years of nearly daily duty has taken its toll.  It no longer holds the tape on the roller, instead often letting it fall back on the roll, where I have trouble finding the end.  The spool has become so worn that the tape rolls slip off.  It's become a constant source of frustration when trying to pack up 20+ items for shipment.

Like I always do, I spent a bunch of time trying to figure out which was the best brand to get for everyday use.  After searching reviews, I finally just asked the guys at the Pak Mail where I drop my mailing off what brand they use.  Uline Pro was the answer.  So I got one, ordered on Ebay from seller maild.

Hopefully this one will last as long as the last one.
